This apartment is a condo unit, located on the third floor of a three storey walk-up. Yard maintenance is taken care of year round. Parking IS included in the 750$/month rent, and visitors parking available on the street. There is also a bus stop right outside of the parking lot.
Hydro is separate but does not exceed 50-60$/month. Amenities close by (convenience store/gas station, ect). Just off highway 5 and Blvd., Des Hautes Plaines! Gatineau Park access merely a 5-10 minute walk away.
Animals are allowed, however dogs are not. This unit is extremely quiet with friendly and mature neighbors.
This unit is located in Gatineau, however I do work in Ontario and because it is located just off highway 5, access to Ottawa is extremely convenient, quick and easy. I get to work (I work off of hunt-club) in only 20 minutes.
I am flexible on move-in date however ideally this unit would be available for September- mid September or for the end of September.
